Welcome to HolaDesk ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website and services (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Platform.
HolaDesk provides an online platform for individuals ("Hosts") to list and rent out desks and study rooms in their homes to other individuals ("Guests") for work or study purposes. These Terms govern your use of our Platform, whether as a Host, Guest, or visitor.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. By registering an account, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Users must create an account to list or book spaces. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
Cancellation policies vary by Host and are outlined in each listing. Guests are encouraged to review these policies before booking. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the Host’s cancellation policy.
By posting content on the Platform, you grant HolaDesk a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for promotional purposes. Users retain ownership of the content they post.
HolaDesk acts solely as a facilitator between Hosts and Guests and is not responsible for any issues arising from bookings, including but not limited to property damage, disputes, or personal injury. Our liability to you will not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold HolaDesk harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be effective as of the date they are posted. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the State of Texas.
